At AK Skin Clinics, all treatments, services, packages, memberships, and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made regarding individual outcomes.

 

Refunds will not be provided for:

•Change of mind

•Failure to attend a booked appointment

•Dissatisfaction with results

•Medical contraindications discovered after purchase

•Incomplete treatments or unused sessions

 

In exceptional circumstances, management may offer a credit or treatment substitution at its sole discretion. Credits are non-transferable and subject to expiry.
